Ketan Engineering Works

Our workshop is tucked away at 15 Caves Road, inside the Desh Udyog Industrial Estate in Jogeshwari East. If you are looking for us, the easiest way is to find the Bank of Baroda and then look right behind it. We have been operating out of this spot for a long time. It is a real engineering environment here, so you will see a lot of metal, heavy machines, and workers in oily clothes. There is always the sound of something being cut or shaped, and the smell of welding is pretty common. Desh Udyog is a busy estate with a lot of small shops like ours all doing their own thing. We don't have a front office or anything like that; it’s just the main floor where the actual work happens. People come to us when they have something specific that needs to be made or repaired. We spend our days looking at drawings, measuring pieces of metal, and running the lathes. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially with the machines running, but that is just how engineering goes. Jogeshwari East is a crowded area, and Caves Road always has something going on, but once you step into our unit behind the bank, it is all about the task at hand. We take pride in the stuff we make, even if the floor is covered in metal shavings and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. It is a place for hard work and making things.
