Ket Travels

We have been running Ket Travels for some time now from our spot in Vinoba Bhave Nagar in Kurla West. It is a pretty busy area and there is always something going on outside the door. We aren't a big company with lots of fancy stuff. It is just a small office where we handle travel bookings for people who live around here. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to read the paper. We deal with bus tickets and car rentals mostly. People come in with all sorts of questions about where to go and how to get there. We try to give them the right info without making it too complicated. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and chairs, but it gets the job done. My nephew helps me out during the busy season when everyone wants to go on holiday at the same time. We have lived in Mumbai for years so we know the shortcuts and the best ways to travel. It is a bit of a squeeze in here when we have more than two customers, but nobody seems to mind much. We just keep things simple and honest. If you are in Kurla and need to figure out a trip, you can just walk in. We are usually here from morning until late evening most days and we try to help out everyone.
