We are located in the Bhugaon area of Pune. Specifically, we’re in the Highland Project inside Forest Trails. It’s a nice enough area out here in Mulshi Taluka. Our office is in Tower Number 4, Flat Number 204. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center of Pune, but Bhugaon is growing fast these days. Keshava Kiyaan Constructions Llp operates from this flat. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a strict office space. We have our computers set up and a table where we can spread out blueprints and maps. The views from the tower are actually quite nice, especially when it’s green after the rains. Being out at Forest Trails means it’s a bit quieter than the middle of town, which helps when we need to concentrate on construction details. We don't have a flashy sign outside or anything. Usually, it's just the staff coming in and out, or maybe a contractor stopping by to discuss a specific job. The address might seem a bit long to write down, but once you get to Village Bhugaon, the Highland Project is easy to spot. We spend most of our time coordinating different construction sites around the region. It’s a busy life, but doing it from here makes it feel more grounded. We just get on with the daily tasks of running the business and keeping our records straight in 400016.
