We've been running things from Sitaram Appt in Charkop for a while now. It's up on the fourth floor, room F-403. Most people in Kandivali West know where Sector-2 is, near the market area. We handle travel stuff. It started out small, just a few of us trying to figure out how to get people where they need to go without too much hassle. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other days it's just us catching up on paperwork. The office isn't fancy, just a desk and some chairs and maps on the wall. We try to keep it simple. People come in, ask about trips, and we look things up. It’s a lot of work coordinating everything. Mumbai is always busy, so getting to the office can be a bit of a commute depending on where you're coming from. We like being in this part of town though. It feels like home. There's a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us answering the phones and making sure tickets get booked right. Sometimes there are delays with the systems, which is frustrating, but that's how it goes. We just do our best to get the details straight for whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to stay right here in Sitaram Appt for the foreseeable future.
