KESAR SHIV CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is based in Borivali West, specifically in Gorai 1. Our office is located in shop 103 of the Gorai Trimurti CHS Ltd building. It’s right near Suviddya School, so the area gets pretty lively when the kids are coming and going. Running a construction firm in Mumbai is mostly about managing space and time, to be honest. Everything is so crowded that you have to plan every single delivery perfectly. We handle a lot of residential projects in this part of the city. The office is just a small space where we keep the samples and do the paperwork. It’s usually a bit of a mess with all the tile samples and paint cans sitting around. We aren't some big, polished company with a lobby and a receptionist. When you call, you’re usually talking to one of us who is probably on a site somewhere. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to get the work done without causing too much of a disturbance to the neighbors. It’s hard work, and the traffic in Mumbai doesn't make it any easier. Some days we spend more time in our trucks than we do at the office. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our clients happy with the results. That’s how it is for us. There's always some new challenge, but we just roll with the punches and keep the projects moving.
