We are based over here at Saket A-203 on Kopar Road. It's a quiet enough spot in Thane. We handle things for Kenya Airways Ltd from this small office. People often ask why we are located in a residential area like Menai'S but it works for us. We've been here a while now. The desk is usually messy with papers. Most of the time it's just a couple of us answering phones and sorting through documents. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. It’s not a big fancy glass building or anything. Just a regular place where work gets done every day. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes miss the turn near Saket. We're on the second floor. If you're coming from the station, it takes about ten minutes if the traffic is okay. We deal with all sorts of flight stuff and bookings. It's busy, especially in the mornings. We drink a lot of tea while staring at screens. Sometimes the neighbors pop by to say hello. It's just how things are here in Thane. Nothing too flashy, just us doing our jobs. We try to keep things organized but sometimes files get stacked up. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the road outside. It's home for the business.
