Kent Car

Kent Car is situated in the Mehra Compound over in Andheri East. We are right on the Andheri Kurla Road, sitting just across from the Sakinaka Telephone Exchange. That exchange is a big landmark, so we usually tell people to look for it if they get lost. This part of Andheri is always moving, and the noise from the street is something we have just grown used to over time. Our workspace isn't a showroom or anything polished. It is a working area where we deal with cars and whatever else needs doing that day. The Mehra Compound has a few different businesses, so there is always a mix of people around. We have been here for a long time, and the building shows its age, but it’s sturdy. There is plenty of grease and tools lying around because we are always in the middle of a job. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just explain things to people as they are. Sometimes the work takes longer than expected, especially with the older models, but we don't rush things just to get them out the door. It is a lot of hands-on labor and long hours on our feet. We take our breaks when we can and keep the tea flowing. It’s just us doing what we know how to do in this little corner of Sakinaka.
