Kean Infracon Llp

Our office for Kean Infracon Llp is at Runwal & Omkar Esquare, specifically unit 105. We’re right off the Eastern Express Highway, just across from the Sion Chunnabhatti signal. It’s a very recognizable spot, though the traffic near the signal can be a nightmare during the morning rush. Being so close to the highway is actually great for us because we’re constantly moving between different construction sites across the city. The office itself is where we do all the boring but important stuff like billing, permit applications, and scheduling. It’s a standard workspace with desks and some shelves filled with project binders. We’re a small group, and we’ve been working together for quite a while now. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. Instead, we’re usually on the phone with site supervisors or checking in with vendors. It can get pretty loud in here when everyone is on a call at once, but that’s just how it goes. We try to keep things grounded and realistic. If a project is going to take longer than expected, we say so. We’re not interested in making things sound better than they are. We just put in the work, deal with the daily challenges of construction in Mumbai, and head home when the day is done. It’s a simple operation, run by people who know the industry and don't care about looking corporate. We just focus on the job.
