Kavya Tansa City One Private Limited is located over in Tardeo. We’re on the second floor of 99-C, Kavya Aura, which is on Ghadigaonkar Marg in Tulsiwadi. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, but we’ve managed to carve out a little space for ourselves here. We’re a private company, but we don’t have that cold, corporate feel. Most of us have been working together for years. We handle all the details of our projects from this office. It’s not a polished space. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the chairs aren't the most ergonomic things in the world. But we get the work done. We deal with all sorts of things, from planning to the final touches on a site. Tardeo is a great place to be because everything is so close, even if the traffic is a bit much sometimes. We don't have a PR department writing our stuff. We just wanted to tell you where we are and what we're about in plain English. We’re just a group of people trying to do right by our clients and our city. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up every morning and work through our list of tasks. That’s the way we’ve always done it and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but that's just part of it.
