You can find our office at 2 Borivali West on Gulabnagar Road. We are quite close to the Laxmi Narayan Temple, which is a big part of the neighborhood. It’s a busy street, especially during festivals or on weekends. At Kaustubh Tours, we handle travel arrangements for people who want to go on trips or need to get somewhere specific. The office is pretty small, just a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk. We have a few maps and old travel posters on the walls to make it look a bit nicer. It’s not a corporate place. We talk to our customers like they are our neighbors, because many of them are. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking bus schedules. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delay or a change in plans, and we just do our best to fix it. We’ve lived in Borivali for a long time, so we know the local area and the people well. It’s a simple business. We don't have any fancy technology, just a computer and a phone. We like having people drop by for a chat even if they aren't booking a trip that day. It makes the day go faster. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, but we keep the fan going. We’re just regular people trying to help others with their travel.
