Karishma Tours & Travels

We run Karishma Tours & Travels over in Dahisar. Our office is on Dehgam Road, which is pretty close to the Western Express Highway. It's a handy spot for us because we are always moving around. We deal with cars and travel plans all day long. Some mornings start really early when the first trips go out and the phones start ringing. It can get a bit loud in the office with everyone talking at once. We’ve been at this for some time now. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just coordinating drivers and checking schedules. The highway is right there, so we see a lot of traffic passing by. Sometimes the noise is a bit much but you get used to it. We aren't a big corporate agency with uniforms and stuff. We’re just local people trying to make a living. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood or small businesses around Dahisar who need to get somewhere. We try to keep our vehicles in decent shape. It’s hard work keeping everything on time, especially with the state of the roads sometimes. If a car breaks down or someone is late, we just deal with it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us answering the phones and making sure people get where they need to go. If you need a ride or are planning a trip, we are usually around the office most days.
