Kardion Construction & Electromech Private Limited is located over in Dahisar West. Our office is actually in a residential building, Rustomjee Regency, specifically Flat No. 91 in Building 2-B. It’s on Jaywant Sawant Road. Being based in Mumbai City means we are always dealing with the fast pace and the traffic, but we’ve managed to find our rhythm here. We handle both construction and electromech work, which keeps us pretty busy. It’s a lot of technical stuff mixed with heavy building work. We don't have a fancy storefront. Usually, our team is either out at a project site or working on designs and figures in the flat. Dahisar West has changed a lot, and being on Jaywant Sawant Road puts us right in the middle of it. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant corporation. We are just a group of professionals who know how to handle tools and machinery. Things can get pretty hectic when multiple projects are running at once, and there’s always a problem that needs solving on the fly. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The Rustomjee Regency area is quite familiar to us now. We try to be practical about everything we do. It’s about making sure the wiring is right and the walls are straight. That’s really all there is to it for us as we navigate the building trade in Maharashtra.
