M/s Utech Projects Pvt. Ltd. is situated over on Shivaji Road in Kandivali West. We have units 9 and 10 in the Dattani 5-a building. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you are on the right street. We have been working from this location for several years. The office is a bit crowded with all the files and equipment we need for our projects, but we make it work. It’s a ground-floor or first-floor kind of vibe, nothing too high up. We usually have people coming and going throughout the day because of the nature of the project work we handle. It isn't a very quiet place, especially with the noise from Shivaji Road, but that’s just part of being in Kandivali. We don't really have a polished "About Us" page or anything like that because we are too busy actually working. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or checking on the status of various jobs. We keep things pretty simple here. No big corporate meetings or long speeches about the future. We just take each day as it comes and try to finish our tasks correctly. The team is just a handful of local people who know the area well. It’s a practical setup for the kind of stuff we do. Usually, the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we prefer being busy over having nothing to do. It keeps the day moving fast.
