We are located at E-29 Rock Avenue, right opposite the ICICI Bank near Hindustan Naka in Charkop, Kandivali West. Maashree Tours And Travels World is where we spend our time looking at maps, flight schedules, and train timings. It’s a small office, but we manage a lot of moving parts from here. People walk in looking to go somewhere, maybe for a holiday or just to visit family. We sit down with them and try to figure out the best way to get there without spending too much. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of waiting on hold with airlines and checking prices that seem to change every five minutes. The neighborhood here in Kandivali is always active, so there’s a lot of foot traffic past our door. We don't use big flashy ads. Usually, it’s just someone telling their neighbor that we helped them get a good ticket. We keep a lot of brochures around, though most things are digital now. We’ve got a few computers that are always running. Sometimes the internet acts up or a booking gets complicated, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. We just stay focused on the details so people can get where they need to go. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, answer the phones, and book the trips. That’s our day-to-day life here in Charkop.
