Kanchan Gold

Kanchan Gold is located at Shop No 5/6 in the Bhaji Market area. We also have our roots in Rail Chembur and the Sutar Chawl area of Zaveri Bazar. Our shop is right opposite Sawan Bazar. If you have ever been to Zaveri Bazar, you know how packed and narrow the lanes are. There are people and shops everywhere you look. We have a relatively small space, but we make sure to use every single corner of it. The Bhaji Market is always extremely loud, especially in the early mornings when everyone is buying their produce. It is a real mix of different smells and sounds around here. Sutar Chawl is another place where things are constantly moving and changing. We spend our whole day behind the counter. It can be like a maze trying to get through these streets sometimes. Having two shop spaces, 5 and 6, right next to each other gives us a bit more room to breathe. It is mostly just us and the local customers who wander in from the busy street. Zaveri Bazar has so much history and we are just a small part of that tradition. Being opposite Sawan Bazar is a good way for people to find us. The floors are worn down from all the feet passing through. We don't have a corporate atmosphere. It is just a traditional market shop. We open up early to match the market.
