Kanakia Spaces Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is located at 403/2 in Satkar Society, which is in Sector 4 of Charkop, Kandivli West. It is a busy part of Mumbai, and we have been part of the community for quite some time now. We work for Kanakia Spaces from this branch. The society itself is a bit old, but it is a good place to be. We handle the local property matters here. Most of our day is spent dealing with construction schedules or answering questions from people in the neighborhood about new buildings. It can get a bit loud outside with the kids playing in the society grounds or the cars honking on the main road. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. The office isn't very big, so we have to be careful not to trip over the boxes of brochures. We don't use much fancy language; we just tell people the facts about the properties we have. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit around and wait for the page to load while we talk about the cricket scores. It is a very normal way of working. We see the same faces every day and we like that. It feels more like a small family business than a big company from here. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done for the day.
