Kamla Landmarc Group

Kamla Landmarc Group operates from the 6th floor of a building on Infantry Road in Vile Parle West. We’re quite close to the domestic airport, so you can often hear the planes overhead throughout the day. It’s a busy part of the city to work in. Our office is where we handle the planning and the paperwork for various building projects. It’s not always organized perfectly, there are usually blueprints lying around and people coming in and out for meetings. We’ve been involved in a few different developments around this area. The 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood which is nice during the monsoon. We don't really do the flashy corporate thing. We just have our desks and our computers and we get on with the day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is moving fast. Being in Vile Parle means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential activity. We deal with contractors, architects, and people looking for homes. It’s a lot of coordination between different groups. We try to keep things moving along even when there are delays with permits or materials. That’s just how the building business goes. We aren't a massive firm, just a dedicated group of people working out of this office near the airport. It's a lot of work but we have been doing it for some time now and know the ropes.
