If you are looking for Kamla Kulfi, we are in Sion. It’s a bit of a funny setup we have here. We have Gala No 69 on the second floor, but we also use some space on the ground floor near Ganes. It’s not the easiest place to explain to people over the phone. You just have to come to Sion and look for the signs. We make kulfi, and that takes up most of our energy. The kitchens are busy and usually pretty hot. We’ve been doing this for a while now under the name Kamla Kulfi. It’s a name that people in the neighborhood have started to recognize. We don’t have a big storefront with lights and music. It’s more of a production place where we get the work done. The ground floor is where most of the moving happens, and the second floor is where we do the prep. It’s a lot of running up and down the stairs, to be honest. My knees aren't what they used to be, but the work has to get done. Sion is a crowded area, but it’s good for business. We don't use any fancy advertising. Usually, someone tries the kulfi and then tells their neighbor, and that’s how we keep going. We keep the machines running and the floors clean. That’s about it for us. We’re just local people making something we know how to make. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
