Our office for Kamar Homes Private Limited is on the 12th floor of Kalpatru Heights. That’s right in Agripada, near Jacob Circle. Being up that high gives us a decent view of the Mumbai sprawl, though we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. Agripada is a hectic area, very old-school Mumbai in many ways. You’ve got the Dr A N Road traffic below us constant as anything. We’ve been in Unit 122 for a bit now. The space is filled with files, old coffee mugs, and the sound of someone always on the phone. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what we're about. It’s a place where we figure out housing projects and handle the legalities that come with them. Living and working in 400011 means you’re used to the noise and the pace. Some days the humidity makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we manage. We aren't some massive corporation with a hundred departments. We're a smaller team just trying to make sense of the real estate market here. It’s honest work, even if it gets stressful when deadlines are looming. Most of us have lived in the city our whole lives, so we know how things work on the ground. It's just a regular day at Kalpatru Heights for us. We keep things rolling and stay focused on the daily tasks at hand.
