Kamal Developers is situated over in Girgaon, but we also have a presence at the 7th Cross, Mathru Layout in Chikkabommasandra Village. It’s near the Gkvk Post and right by the Ganjawala Shopping area. It’s a bit of an unusual mix of locations, but it keeps us moving between the old city feel and the developing layouts. Our office near the shopping center is usually the busiest. You can hear the shoppers and the general bustle of the market outside most of the day. Inside, we have maps spread out and a lot of files on the desks. It isn't a very fancy place; the furniture is a bit mismatched and the tea cups are always left out. We spend a lot of time visiting sites or meeting people at the layout. Chikkabommasandra has changed a lot lately, and being right there near the village side gives us a good view of how things are growing. We don't really do the big corporate pitch. Most people who come to see us are locals or someone who heard about us through a neighbor. We talk about the land, the permits, and the bricks and mortar in plain English. There is usually someone coming in to ask for directions to Ganjawala Shopping, and we’ve become a bit of a landmark for that. It’s a steady, everyday kind of operation where we just try to keep things organized and handle the paperwork properly for everyone.
