You can find us at Shop Number 12 in Borivali East. It’s a small storefront right on the street level, so it’s easy for people to just walk in when they are passing by. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and many of the people who come to us are neighbors or people who live in the area. We help people figure out their travel, whether it's a bus ticket, a train booking, or a flight. It’s a small shop with just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for customers to sit while we look things up on the computer. It can get a bit crowded on Saturday mornings when everyone seems to have time to plan their trips. We don't have any big flashy signs, just our name on the front. The neighborhood is always busy with people going to the station or doing their daily shopping. We know a lot of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a simple business. We spend our day talking to people about where they want to go and trying to find the best way to get them there. Sometimes the internet is slow or the booking systems act up, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's not a fancy office, but it's where we work and we like being part of the Borivali community. We just take things one booking at a time and try to keep everything organized.
