Kalmin Events

Kalmin Events operates out of Room No 2 in the Shetty Datre Chawl. We’re located in Kisan Nagar No 2, specifically on Road No 16 in the Wagle Industrial Estate area of Thane West. It’s right across from the Durga Punjab Hotel, which is a busy little spot. Our place is very humble, just a single room where we keep our records and meet with people occasionally. Most of our work happens on-site at different locations around Thane. Being in the Wagle Industrial Estate means there’s always noise and movement outside. It’s a hardworking neighborhood, and we fit right in. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. Usually, someone just hears about us from a friend or sees our name on a truck. We handle the basic needs for events, like setting up tents or arranging for tables. It’s not complicated, but it takes time and effort to get it right. Sometimes we’re working late into the night to make sure everything is ready for the next morning. The room in the chawl is small, and it gets stuffed with decorations and equipment pretty fast. We just make do with the space we have. People around Kisan Nagar know us as the local event guys. We just try to do a decent job for a fair price. It’s as simple as that. We just focus on the task at hand and try not to worry too much about the rest.
