If you’re looking for Kafila Tour & Travels, we are at 5 Marol Maroshi Road in the Chandkheda Shah Apartment. It’s a busy road with a lot of cars and buses going by all the time, so there’s always something to look at out the window. The office is inside the apartment building, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a sterile workplace. We spend most of our time looking at maps, checking schedules, and talking to people about where they want to go for their holidays or work trips. The desks are covered with brochures and notebooks where we scribble down details. It can get a bit loud when the phones start ringing all at once, but we manage. We aren't a big travel corporation; we’re just a small team trying to help people get their tickets and bookings sorted out. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a bit to confirm things, but that’s just how it goes. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask a quick question or pick up some papers they need. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even if it gets a little disorganized when we have a lot of bookings at the same time. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or anything like that. Just us working in the apartment, trying to make sure everyone’s travel plans are in order before they head out. It's a busy life but we enjoy the pace.
