Our travel shop is at 6/177 in Kurla West, specifically in the Jaspal Banger area. We are located in Mahanta Wali Gali inside Ayesha Manzil. If you're looking for us, we’re right opposite the Wahid Hotel, which is a good landmark because people are always going there for food at all hours. We spend our days here in the office, booking tickets and helping people plan their journeys. Kurla is always crowded and busy, and our street is no different. There’s a lot of noise from bikes and people moving about. We handle all sorts of travel requests, from simple bus tickets to more complicated trips for families. The office is a modest space where we keep our files and computer. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have many people in at once, but we just take them one at a time and offer them a seat. We’ve been here in Ayesha Manzil for a while, and the neighbors know us. We don't have any polished marketing; we just do our work and talk to folks like normal. Dealing with travel can be stressful when trains are late or flights get cancelled, but we try to help people sort it out. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing on the keyboard. The smell of food from across the way often drifts into the shop. We just keep at it, opening up in the morning and staying until the work is done for the day.
