Our little travel office is located at E-5-16 in Kanjur Marg. We are right across from the Furkaniya Masjid, which makes it easy to find. It’s a modest setup we have here. We mostly help people with their travel plans and bookings. The walls are covered with a few old maps and calendars. It gets a bit loud when the prayers start or when the traffic picks up on the main road. We don't mind it much. Kanjur Marg has its own rhythm. We’ve been here long enough to know all the local shopkeepers. Most of our customers come from the nearby apartments. They drop in to ask about train timings or bus routes. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a few of us sitting behind the desks. Sometimes the fans overhead make a clicking sound, but we’re used to it. We keep a bottle of water on the table for anyone who walks in from the heat. It’s a simple business. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just look at the screen, find the best route, and print the ticket. That’s how we’ve always done things. It’s a steady life here in Kanjur. We appreciate the people who trust us with their trips. We keep a small television in the corner, mostly to watch the news or the cricket scores during the day. It provides a bit of background noise while we work. K B N Travels isn't a big name you'll see on billboards.
