K 2 K Holidays

Our shop is over at Raj Cristal CHS in Borivali West. We’re at Shop Number 5, right across from the Daffo Dells restaurant. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows that place. At K 2 K Holidays, we spend most of our time looking at calendars and flight schedules. The walls are covered with some old posters and maps that have probably been there since we opened. It’s a small space, so when more than three people come in at once, it feels a bit crowded. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about their plans. Sometimes the computer is slow, and we have to wait a minute for things to load, but that gives us time to chat with whoever is in the shop. Borivali is always busy, and there’s a lot of foot traffic right outside our door on Roy road. We hear the cars and the people all day long. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything. Most people just see the sign while they are heading to the restaurant or walking home. We try to keep things simple. If someone wants to go somewhere, we look it up and tell them what it costs. It’s not complicated. We leave the fancy stuff to the big travel agencies in the city. Here, it’s just us helping neighbors figure out their next break.
