Jyotiba Tour Travel

We are located over at 1/26 Khaitjavhi Mention in Lower Parel. Being near Deepak Cinema means there is always a lot of movement outside our door. Most mornings start with checking the diary and seeing which drivers are ready for the day. We have been doing this for a while now. Jyotiba Tour Travel isn't a big corporate office with fancy carpets or glass walls. It is just a place where we sit and talk to people about where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic in Lower Parel makes things difficult for our timing, but we manage the best we can. We handle local trips and some longer ones too if someone asks us nicely. The phone rings quite a bit, usually people asking for prices or checking if a car is on time. We try to keep things very simple around here. If a car is available, we say yes and book it. If not, we just tell the person. There is no point in making things complicated for the customer. The office space is small, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles coordinating with the staff. Most of our regular customers know exactly where to find us in the building. They just walk in or give a quick call. We don't do any advertising. People just see our sign or hear from a neighbor. It’s a busy life here in Mumbai, and we are just one part of it.
