Jyoti Travels

You can find Jyoti Travels over in Borivali West, specifically at Usmanpura in Shop No 2 A. It is a small shop right on the street level, which makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are passing by. We have been here for years, and the walls are covered with old calendars and maps that we still use sometimes. The space is a bit tight, especially when more than two people come in at once, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens and trying to find seats on buses or trains that are usually fully booked. We don't have a big team or fancy uniforms. It is just us in our regular clothes, drinking tea and handling the bookings as they come. Borivali West is a noisy place, and the sounds of the market are always in the background while we work. We know the other shopkeepers around Usmanpura well, and we often chat with them during the slower hours of the afternoon. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some paperwork, but that is just part of the job. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just run a local travel shop and help the people in our area get their trips sorted out without too much fuss or complication.
