Jyothi Engineering Combine

Being in Saki Naka means dealing with the Andheri-Kurla Road traffic every single day. Jyothi Engineering Combine is tucked away in 401/402, Dattani Plaza within the East West Industrial Estate. It’s a busy place with people always moving boxes and rushing around the Safed Pool area. Our office and workspace are up on the fourth floor. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials coming in, but we make it work. The elevator is sometimes slow, so most of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying anything heavy. Working in Andheri East means you are never really in a quiet spot. There is always the sound of horns or someone shouting below. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know the drill. We start the day by looking through the paperwork and seeing what the workshop downstairs or our suppliers have sent over. It’s not a glamorous setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just a place with desks, some fans, and a lot of engineering talk. Lunch is usually brought from home in tiffin boxes. We sit together when there’s time. The location is good because we are close to everything, even if the commute is a struggle. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and keeping things moving through the shop without any unnecessary delays.
