We are tucked away on South End Road in Colaba. It is in the 9th Block, specifically at B-33. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we do. We spend most of our time dealing with Just Chocolate. There’s always a bit of cocoa powder on the floor or a smudge on the counter. It’s just how things go when you’re working with it all day. The building at B-33 is an older one. You can hear the city outside, but once you step in, it smells different. Colaba has a lot of people walking by, especially near the Po South End area. Some people find us by accident, others know the 9th block well. We have a couple of small tables, but mostly people just grab what they want and go. The fridge hums quite loudly in the afternoon. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because the traffic around South End Road is a mess. We don't mind much. We just keep melting and setting the bars. It is a simple setup. We use the same spoons and bowls every day. The sign outside might need a bit of paint soon. If you walk past the main road and turn into the 9th Block, you’ll see us there. It's a quiet spot for a chocolate place. We like it because it stays a bit cooler inside the B-33 unit than out on the street. No fancy decorations here, just the stuff we make.
