We are tucked away in Rosario Apartment, Office A/12, right in Borivali West. Being near the Citizen Co-operative Bank is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone who hasn't visited before. At Judo Travels, the main thing we do is deal with all the paperwork that comes with going abroad. It’s a lot of forms and stamps and waiting for calls. The office isn't very big, so when we have more than three people inside, it feels a bit crowded. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often see the same people walking their dogs every morning. The floor is that old-style tile that stays cool even when it’s boiling outside. We spend most of the day talking to people about their plans and trying to make sense of the new rules for travel. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we are used to it by now. Sometimes the printer jams right when we are in a hurry, which is always annoying. We have a small kettle in the corner for making tea, which we do pretty often. Borivali West is a busy area, but our little corner in the apartment building is relatively quiet. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings as they come in. It’s a straightforward job in a nice neighborhood. We just do what needs doing.
