JOYCE HAMPTONS BUILDCON LLP

Our office is up on the 14th floor of the Lodha Supremus building, right on Dr. E Moses Road. It’s a big place, but we try to keep things down to earth inside. Being in Mumbai means we’re right in the middle of all the noise and the rush, but once you get up to floor 14, it gets a little quieter. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and trying to figure out the best way to handle the builds we are working on. We deal with a lot of different aspects of construction here at Joyce Hamptons Buildcon LLP. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized when you have multiple things happening at once, but we do our bit. Most of the staff has been around for a while, so we kind of know how each other works without having to say much. We get a lot of visitors coming through Plot-CS 3/301, mostly people we’ve known for years in the industry. It’s a modern spot, sure, but we still prefer a good cup of tea and a direct conversation over anything else. The view from up here is something, but we’re usually too busy with blueprints to look out the window for long. We just want to get the work done right and move on to the next thing on the list. It’s just how we operate day to day in this city.
