Jolly Confectionery Work

You can find us at Shree Palace on Road No 3 in Borivali East. We are located in the Kalachowki area just behind the Utsav Hotel. At Jolly Confectionery Work things are usually quite hot because of the ovens and the cooking we do all day long. We make all sorts of sweets and snacks that people enjoy. The air inside the shop usually smells like sugar or fried dough depending on what time of day it is. We start quite early in the morning to get the first batches ready for the customers. It is a small space so we have to be very organized with our trays and ingredients. We don't use a lot of fancy machines, a lot of the work is still done by hand with simple tools. We wrap the items in plastic or put them in boxes for people to take home. Sometimes a big order comes in for a wedding or a party and then everyone has to work a bit harder and faster to get it done on time. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy storefront to show off. People just know our snacks are fresh because they can see us working in the back through the door. The neighborhood is busy and there’s always someone stopping by for a quick bag of something tasty.
