Jogi Developers Llp is based out of Prasad Chamber, which is a big old building on Tata Road No 2. We are right by Roxy Cinema, which is a landmark everyone in the Opera House area knows. Girgaon is one of those parts of Mumbai that has so much history and noise. Our situation is a bit funny because we have space on the 14th floor and also in the basement of Plot-Cs-1487. It means we are sometimes running up and down the elevators or stairs all day long. The 400004 area is incredibly crowded, like most of South Mumbai. You can hear the taxis honking and the general buzz of the city from our windows on the 14th floor. It is a busy place to be a developer. We have our files scattered across the two levels, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we are looking for. The basement area is cooler but a bit dark, while the top floor gives us a view of the rooftops of Girgaon. We have been working out of Prasad Chamber for a while. It is a solid building, even if it shows its age in places. There are always people coming and going because of the other offices and the nearby cinema. We do not have fancy decorations. Just our desks, some computers, and a lot of local knowledge about the plots around here. It is just a day-to-day grind in the heart of the city.
