We’re located way up on the 16th floor of the New Shanti Nagar building on Neapansea Road. It’s technically Laxmibai Jagmohandas Marg now, but everyone still calls it the old name. Being in Mumbai City means things move fast, but up here at Jnsj Developers Private Limited, we try to keep a bit of a level head. The view from the 16th floor is alright, but mostly we’re just looking at our monitors. We’re a private company, but we don’t act like those huge conglomerates you see on the news. It’s just a group of us who have been in the development game for a while. We know the 400006 zip code pretty well. Our office is 167B, and it’s usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the printer running out of ink. We don't have a dedicated marketing person, so what you see is what you get. We handle the paperwork, the planning, and the boring stuff that comes with building things. It’s hard work and sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines approach. But we’ve got a good rhythm going. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Mumbai. We just want to do our jobs well enough that we can go home on time. It’s a simple setup for a simple goal. Sometimes the elevators take forever, but that's just life in a tall building in Mumbai. We get by just fine.
