Our main address is over in Thane, specifically in the Shree Thane Darshan building. We are way up on the seventh floor, near the water tank and Tekdi Bunglow. It’s a good spot because it is away from the main road noise but still easy enough to find. Even though the name says Santacruz, this Thane office is where a lot of our daily operations happen. We deal with a lot of tours and travel arrangements. Most of the day is spent talking to people who want to go abroad for work or for a trip. We have to look at a lot of paperwork and visa details, which can be a real headache if you don't stay organized. The office is usually full of files and people coming in to check on their applications. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for years. It is not a very formal place, we just try to get the jobs done and help people get their tickets sorted. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just wait it out. We handle everything from the initial enquiry to the final booking. It is a steady business and we like the community here in Thane. We try to be clear with everyone about how long things will take. There is no point in rushing if the paperwork isn't right.
