Jimdan Villa No. 2 LLP

We are located at Nariman Point in Mumbai, which is a place most people know for all the offices and the view of the sea. Our office is in Free Press House on Free Press Journal Marg, specifically rooms 135 to 137 on Plot 215. Being at Nariman Point means we are right in the middle of everything, which has its pros and cons. The wind from the ocean is nice, but the commute can be quite a struggle every single morning. Jimdan Villa No. 2 LLP is the name on the door. We aren’t really about those long, polished mission statements. We are just a group of people working on property and project management. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or in meetings trying to get the details right for our various holdings. It’s mostly administrative work, keeping track of papers, taxes, and legal bits that come with managing property. We keep things pretty informal in the office despite the fancy address. We know each other well and we just get on with the jobs we have for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, and other times we might leave a bit early if the work is done. It’s a regular office life, really, just trying to keep things organized and making sure everything is running the way it should be.
