JHELAM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED has its office in the Seth Varjivandas Building. We are on the first floor, room 12. If you are familiar with Sion, we are right on Sion Road Number 1, very close to the Sion Church. It is an old building with a lot of character, and we have been here for a while. The area is quite busy, with the church nearby and people always walking by on the road. Our office is a simple place where we handle all our building and construction paperwork. We don't have much in the way of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting with workers to discuss ongoing projects. The building can be a bit noisy because of the traffic on Sion Road, but you get used to it after a while. We like being in this part of the city because it is central and easy for people to reach. It’s a traditional office where the coffee is always on and the desks are always covered in blueprints. We are just a group of people working hard to keep our construction business running smoothly. There’s nothing promotional about us; we just show up and do the work from our spot near the church.
