JEEV INFRA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is located in Goregaon East, inside the Lotus Corporate Park. We have units A-501 and 502. It’s right off the Western Express Highway, so the commute can be a bit of a nightmare if you leave at the wrong time. This building is quite big and there are always people coming and going in the lobby. We’ve been here for some time now, focusing on infra and building projects. The office has enough space for our staff and the piles of blueprints we seem to collect. There is a lot of glass and concrete in this area, very different from the older parts of Mumbai. We spend our days coordinating with site managers and trying to keep the builders on schedule. Jeev Infra is really just a group of people who know how to get things built. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars with deadlines circled in red. The view from the fifth floor isn't too bad, you can see the highway traffic crawling along. Lunch is usually someone bringing a tiffin or ordering from the canteen downstairs. It’s a busy environment but we try to keep it friendly. We deal with a lot of different contractors and suppliers throughout the week. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails to make sure things are moving at the sites. We just do our work and go home like everyone else.
