Jayna Travels

Jayna Travels is based over here in Borivali West. We are located near Murphy Road and Old Madras Road, specifically in the Shree Ram Sai Darshan building. It’s a busy spot with people always coming and going. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans for a long time. It’s not always easy, especially when trains are late or bookings get messy, but we try to sort it out. We started with just one small desk and a phone. Now we have a bit more room, but it’s still just a local office. We don’t have a fancy website with all the bells and whistles. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. They know our faces and we know theirs. We handle a lot of different things, from bus tickets to planning longer trips. Sometimes the office gets crowded with people waiting to ask questions. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can. Working in travel means you're always checking schedules and prices. It can be a bit stressful during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. We just keep the records in our books and try to stay organized. It’s a simple business, really. We just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. Borivali is a busy place to be.
