We've been here at 11 Powai for a while now. Dealing with housing is just what we do every day. It gets busy around here, especially with all the new buildings coming up in this part of town. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but we show up and get through the paperwork. People come in looking for a place to stay or maybe to sell something they’ve had for years. We just handle the middle part of that. It’s not always easy work, sitting at the desk and going through all the files, but it’s the job. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we keep everything organized. Most days it’s just us talking to neighbors and trying to figure out the local market. Powai has changed a lot since we started, more shops and people everywhere now. We try to keep things simple here without too much fuss. If someone needs to talk about a flat or some land, they just drop by. We usually have the tea going and the fans on. It's mostly about knowing who is moving where and keeping the records straight so nobody gets a headache later. We don't do big ads or anything like that, just work with the people who walk in. That’s how it’s been for a long time at number 11. Just another local business trying to keep up with how fast the city is growing. We don't have a big team of sales people in suits, just ourselves in our regular clothes. It’s honest work.
