If you’re heading down Panchmarg off Yaari Road, you’ll find us in the Versova Panchratna building. It’s right in the heart of Andheri West, which as everyone knows, is always buzzing with people and cars. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while, dealing with the daily ins and outs of housing and property. Our office isn’t huge, but it fits the few of us who are always on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. We spend a lot of time looking at maps of the area and talking to folks about where they want to live. Versova has a specific feel to it, and we like being part of the local scene here. You can usually hear the street noise from our windows, but we’re used to it. We don't have any slick presentations or scripted speeches. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a table with a stack of papers and some tea, trying to figure out the best way to move a project forward. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the monsoon hits and everyone is worried about leaks. We just take it as it comes. We’re just a bunch of people who know this part of Andheri pretty well and spend our time helping folks get settled.
