Janus Tours & Travels

Janus Tours & Travels is based right here in Ghatkopar West, specifically over at Navroji Lane, B-15. We have been in this same spot for a while now, and most people around the neighborhood know where to find us. The office isn't anything too fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up from different trips we are trying to organize. We spend most of our mornings answering emails and looking at train or flight schedules on the computer. It can get a bit loud on Navroji Lane during the rush hour, but we just keep our heads down and get through the bookings. Sometimes someone will walk in just to ask a quick question about a passport or a visa, and we do what we can to give them a straight answer without making things more complicated than they need to be. We don't really do the big flashy advertisements you see elsewhere. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or someone who heard about us from a neighbor. It is a lot of looking at maps and trying to figure out which route makes the most sense for someone's budget. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. The space is a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we manage just fine. If you happen to be walking past B-15, you will likely see one of us on the phone trying to sort out a ticket.
