Our shop is number 5 in Sita Sadan. It’s on Nariman road in Vile Parle East. We are right across from the Canara Bank. It’s a convenient spot because people can stop in while they’re doing their errands. We handle travel bookings and help people plan their trips. The shop isn't very large, just enough for some chairs and a desk where we keep the computer. We have posters of different places on the walls, though some are getting a bit faded now. We’ve been here for many years and have seen the shops around us change quite often. We stay busy with regulars who have been booking with us since we first opened. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking up dates. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just help you get a ticket or find a hotel that fits what you need. Sometimes the system is slow and we have to ask people to wait a bit, but most don't mind. We know the Vile Parle area very well and we like being part of the community here. The street outside is always full of people, especially in the evenings. We usually keep the door open to let some air in. It’s just a normal, local travel shop where we try to be helpful. Most of our day is spent typing away at the keyboard and answering the phone.
