Janam Traavels

If you are looking for Janam Traavels, you’ll find us in Sej Plaza. That is on Marve Road in Malad West, right near the Nutan School. Our shop number is G7. It’s a pretty active area with lots of students and shoppers walking by all day long. We also have a presence in Andheri West, but this shop in Malad is where a lot of the action happens. We spend our time helping people figure out where they need to go and how to get there. It’s mostly about booking tickets and looking at schedules on the computer. The office isn't very big, but we have enough chairs for people to sit while we talk through their plans. Sometimes the mall gets a bit loud, especially on weekends, but we just keep at it. My staff and I have been doing this for a while. We know the routes and the prices pretty well. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what is available and what it costs. It’s a practical business. People come to us because they want things handled without a lot of fuss. We try to be helpful and honest about what can be done. It’s nice to see people come back after their trips and tell us how it went. That’s the best part of being here in Sej Plaza. We are just local people helping other locals.
