Jairm Construction Llp

Our business, Jairm Construction, is located on Ibrahim Merchant Road in the Chinchbunder area of Mumbai. We are in the Aagakhan Building at number 18, right on the ground floor in Shop No 3. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s always full of life and very crowded. We like being on the ground floor because it keeps us close to everything happening on the street. Our office is small and practical. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just shelves full of files and a few desks for us to work at. Construction is a messy business, and our office sometimes reflects that with all the plans and samples we have lying around. We spend our days coordinating with workers and suppliers to make sure things are moving as they should. It’s a lot of work and sometimes it gets stressful, but that is just part of the job in a city like Mumbai. We don't try to sound like a big international firm. We are just a local LLP trying to do good work in our neighborhood. People around here know us, and we like it that way. We focus on being honest about what we can do and then just getting on with it. There’s no need for big speeches or marketing talk when the work speaks for itself at the end of the day.
