You can find us at Ghatkopar East, specifically at number 5 near Krishna Chowk and Sai Chowk. It’s a very busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of honking and people walking by our front door. We deal with travel and tours, mostly helping people get from one place to another. The office is quite small and the walls are covered with maps and some old calendars. A couple of desks and a bench for people to sit on are all we have. There isn't a big marketing team here. Most people find out about us just by walking past or through word of mouth. Much of the day is spent on mobile phones talking to drivers or checking on bus timings. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons because the sun hits the front of the shop directly. We usually have the fan on full speed to stay cool. We aren't doing anything fancy, just booking tickets and arranging cars for trips. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions because of where we are located. We don't mind. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We start the day by cleaning the front step and then we just wait for the first customer. It's a simple life in a busy part of Mumbai. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks, and it's a good place to hear the local gossip. Our little office at Krishna Chowk is just a part of the daily rhythm.
