You can find us over at A/45 in the Ngr Layout area of Goregaon West. We are right opposite the Ghousia Masjid, near that Rolex Shopping Centre and the Vyas sweet shop. It’s a pretty busy area so there is always someone coming in to ask about bus timings or train bookings. We’ve been handling travel stuff for a long time. Mostly it is people wanting to visit family or going on a short trip. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or looking at booking screens. It can be a bit chaotic when the systems go down or when everyone wants a ticket at the same time during the holidays. Our office isn't very large, just some desks and chairs for people to sit while they wait. We know the routes around here pretty well. Sometimes we help with car rentals or just planning out a simple itinerary for someone who isn't sure how to get where they are going. We do not do those fancy luxury tours you see on TV. It is more about getting people from one place to another without too much trouble. We get a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who trust us to find them a seat. It is a lot of paperwork and small details, but we are used to it by now. Just a local travel desk trying to keep things moving for everyone.
