Jai Ambe Tours & Travels

Our travel office, Jai Ambe Tours & Travels, is over in Borivali West, specifically at number 4, Rahatani Phata in the Sminu Apartment. We are quite close to the M C S Club, which makes it easier for people to give directions when they’re coming to see us. It’s a small apartment that we’ve turned into our base of operations. We spend most of our time on the phone booking tickets or talking to our drivers about the schedules. It’s not a polished corporate office with marble floors or anything like that. We have a few chairs for customers and a couple of maps on the wall to help plan routes. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people get where they need to go, whether it’s a short trip across town or something much longer. Borivali is a great place to be based, even if the traffic near Rahatani Phata can be a bit much during the evening rush hour. We don't have a big marketing department or slick advertisements. Most of our travelers come to us because their friends or family told them we were reliable. We just try to be honest about times and the actual costs involved. If a bus is going to be late, we tell you straight. We don't make big promises we can't keep. It’s just us working out of Sminu Apartment, trying to make travel a little less stressful for the neighborhood.
