You can find Jagani Infra Projects Private Limited over in the Malabar Hill area of Mumbai. We are set up in the Pashwa Building on Bhagwan Indrajit Road, specifically in Flat No. 502 on the fifth floor. It’s near the Banganga area, which has a lot of history and a very specific feel to it compared to the rest of the city. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a bit of a homey atmosphere despite all the talk of infrastructure projects. Working from Malabar Hill means we are in a quieter part of town, though the roads can still get cramped. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and has its own character. Inside, we’ve got our desks pushed together and shelves full of folders that seem to multiply every month. We don't spend money on expensive decor; we just need a place to sit and handle the business side of things. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at plans. The view from the fifth floor gives us a bit of a break when we need to look away from the screens. It’s a simple operation really. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. People come by when they need to discuss project details, and we just sit around the old wooden table. It's a practical, no-nonsense kind of place.
